Under Minnesota law, a vehicle used in a way that could cause death or great bodily harm meets the statutory definition of a dangerous weapon (Minn. Stat. §609.02), and the use of deadly force in response is justified under Minn. Stat. §609.066 when an officer reasonably perceives imminent threat.
