For most of my life, I didn’t realize I was dealing with body dysmorphia.

I thought it was....comparison, overthinking, insecurity, and constantly feeling like I needed to fix myself. In this episode, I talk about where it started for me, how the Marines amplified it, and some of the things that genuinely helped me work through it over the years. This was not an easy episode to record because men don’t really talk about this stuff openly.
