  • WHO AM I WITHOUT MY STRUGGLES?
    2026/04/28

I wanted to biography a slice of my life today. Not because it's extraordinary 😂 honestly, it's probably very ordinary, but because I have this stubborn belief that our stories, when told truthfully, can be medicine for someone else.

Struggles, right? They show up uninvited and stay longer than they should. At some point, mine stopped feeling like a visitor and started feeling like my actual identity.

This episode is me asking the question I've been avoiding: Who am I without them? It might just be the conversation you've been needing.

    This one is personal.

Stay a while. You might just find yourself here🤷‍♀️

  • DO YOU STILL WANT IT ON A TUESDAY?
    2026/04/21

Was supposed to upload this ep yesterday afternoon... whichever time you listen still works, right?😅

    Ambition has a publicist problem.

We don't see the Tuesday afternoon.

Tuesday afternoon is when the excitement has worn off and the replacement hasn't arrived yet. Tuesday afternoon is when you've explained your idea to three people and all three nodded politely and changed the subject.

This episode is about that. The unglamorous, unobserved, entirely unremarkable persistence that separates wanting from having.

    Oh, yeah... tune in 😁💚

  • THE COMPLAINT BUDGET
    2026/04/14

    Yeah, it's been a while 😭

I recorded this one because I had to. Not because I'm an expert. Because I caught myself being that friend. The one whose complaints don't end.

The one who treats every conversation like a container for my unhappiness. And I've also been on the receiving end; nodding, dying inside, wondering when it would stop. End of 2025 into 2026 brought this into focus.

    Relief. Burden.

    Both.

This episode is me working through it out loud. Come sit with Talkative Sia 💚

  • THE FINE-PRINT WE MISS.
    2026/03/04

So… remember when I said you don’t exist to be understood?

Yeah. I’ve been thinking about that too.

Because while it’s true that not everyone will have the capacity to understand you, there’s something else we need to talk about. Something quieter. Something a little uncomfortable.

What happens when “I don’t exist to be understood” slowly turns into “I don’t need to be corrected”?

This episode isn’t a recap. It’s a continuation. It’s me asking myself whether self-awareness can sometimes disguise itself as self-protection. Whether “that’s just how I am” is clarity… or comfort.

We’re talking about the thin line between honoring your personality and hiding behind it. The difference between being misunderstood and being unwilling to adjust. Because yes, not everyone will get you. But that doesn’t automatically mean you’re always right.

Growth is subtle. It asks questions.

And in this episode, we’re asking better ones.

How do you know when criticism is constructive?

How do you tell if you’re defending your character or defending your ego?

And how do you stay true to yourself without becoming rigid?

If the first episode gave you language for protecting your peace, this one gives you tools for protecting your character.

    Let’s talk.

  • VALENTINE’S DAY AND THE ART OF SELECTIVE BLINDNESS.
    2026/02/14

Red flags don’t wear red. And most of the time, neither do we...when we ignore them.

In this episode, we go beyond February 14th aesthetics and confront something far more uncomfortable: the art of selective blindness in relationships.

Why do we ignore patterns that are obvious in hindsight?

Why does intensity feel like intimacy?

Why do we mistake chemistry for character?

Why do red flags rarely “wear red”?

This conversation isn’t coming from a place of expertise. It’s coming from experience; lived moments, uncomfortable realizations, and the humility to admit that sometimes, we don’t miss the signs… we negotiate with them.

It really doesn't matter if you’re single, in a relationship, or “it’s complicated,” this conversation will challenge you to audit not just your partner, but your perception.

  • THAT’S YOUR LENS : THE COST OF BEING INTERPRETED
    2026/02/10

There is freedom in accepting that not everyone will get you.

This episode explores what happens when we release the need to be perfectly understood and instead focus on recognizing people’s capacities, strengths, and limitations.

If you’ve ever felt misunderstood, this conversation will shift your perspective.

  • GRINCH STOLE CHRISTMAS?
    2025/12/27

December feels different this year, and I’m talking about it.

From creating my own quiet Christmas rituals to unwinding after a long season of work, this episode is a soft, honest check-in.

I also introduce a new Christmas series I’ve been meaning to start...short stories behind the songs we sing every year. It’s cozy, reflective, and very real.
