    We're back with another series and we're excited to kick things off with a fabulous guest: Natasha Dowie.

    Natasha is a former professional football player and now an ambassador for LFC. Having had a highly successful career playing football around the world, Natasha takes us through the highs and lows of her journey and how she ended up settling in Liverpool.

    Whether you're a football fan or just love a good story, this is a great one to listen to.

    Oh, and if you're wondering why we don't talk about the recent Premier League win for the LFC men's team, we recorded this episode earlier this year when the race for the title was still on and no one knew what an end to the season it would be for Liverpool!

  • Series 5, Episode 11: David Morrissey

    This week, we bring you the final episode of series 5 of The Lonely Arts Club and what a way to finish.

    It was such a treat to welcome star of stage and screen, David Morrissey, into the studio. This episode was recorded at the end of 2022 when David was back in Liverpool and we were delighted to have a chat with him.

    During his reflections, David spoke about his time growing up in Liverpool and what sparked his passion for performing. We hear about David's journey through the arts so far and what it means to him.

    It's been fantastic to bring you interviews with some amazing guests this series, from Jimmy McGovern to Lady Anne Dodd, to Maria Balshaw. It's been great!
