Nick Jackuchan is a husband, proud girl dad, foodie, and sports lover based in Idaho Falls, Idaho. Originally from Bangkok, Thailand, Nick moved to the United States at 15 years old without knowing English and spent two years in ESL before graduating high school in 2008. His journey started in his family’s restaurant, where he worked his way up from dishwasher to eventually helping run the business, learning the value of hard work and connection along the way.

After leaving the restaurant industry in 2017, Nick built a strong foundation in sales through Verizon and automotive sales before stepping into real estate in 2022. Since then, he has grown a thriving business powered largely by social media and personal branding, helping families navigate one of the biggest decisions of their lives. He went from closing 6 to 7 million in volume his first year to over 12 million the following year, and he continues to build momentum.

Nick is passionate about helping first time buyers achieve homeownership and believes real estate is ultimately about relationships, community, and creating opportunities for others to build their version of the American dream.
