Shelley is a business entrepreneur, small business advisor and home-school Mumma based in sunny North Queensland. In this episode, Shelley shares her health journey of struggling with the symptoms of polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) in her teens and young adult, before completely changing her diet and lifestyle to achieve fertility. She ultimately conceived her son, Pacey-James at 37.
