In this episode I analyze the theme, "A New Larth", and what it means to me. Four episodes in and I'm coming to grips with what this podcast is about. I think I always knew, but have been avoiding it out of FEAR. I go a bit deeper into how much my Bipolar depression has affected me recently, and how I've unconsciously ignored the tools at my disposal to help me deal with my condition. Also, I'm attending a spiritual retreat and going on vacation. Woo hoo!

In this ex-PLOSIVE episode of the LarthMedia podcast, our hero Larth talks briefly about his continued struggles to overcome his fear and/or laziness to produce his content with some level of consistency. After the smashing success of episode 1 (10 downloads in 3 days!??! 😱), Larth went into hiding for a few months before recording his second episode. He then went into hiding for another couple months. Finally ready to step into the light again, he emerges from his cave to continue his quest of self discovery and vulnerability. Embracing the latter, he finally shares his mental health diagnosis that he unconsciously avoided in the first episode. Will there be a sophomore slump? Only time will tell...
