    It seems like moms talk to each other about this stuff but all dads pass along to each other is the fact that she'll shit herself during labor.

    So soon to be dads, if you're open to it I'd love to give you a heads up on some things you can do to support your lady through pregnancy, labor and postpartum.

    All the things I wish I knew the first time around about Postpartum. And not in the physical sense, but everything else! The impact on my marriage, my mental health and my "emotional recovery" too. This is all the stuff I'd tell my best friend on a FaceTime, no filter and no agenda, just hoping to help another new mom out there.
