 The JK Tribe is both the newsletter and podcast for "Johnny's Kidz," a Youtube channel that brings coaches and parents together whose children play sports. Our purpose is to protect our young athletes by focusing on teaching outside of strategies and techniques. By establishing a community and sharing ideas on the best way to keep athletes engaged, we will provide an environment of genuine learning while maintaining the fun factor in athletics.     In this inaugural episode (as a podcast here and video on Youtube), I, Coach Johnny, will introduce myself and briefly discuss the channel's and podcast's future. This is the first of many podcasts, so thank you for your patience as I figure out what the best equipment (or afford it, for that matter) looks like. However, the content will also improve as I get other speakers to discuss this issue and how we can collectively approach this.
