An introduction to the development of ones own psychic abilities. Meditation Exercises:
This exercise, unlike the others discussed in this course, should only be done when there is no other physical or psychic option available.  It should only be performed with the calmest of mind, with no anger, jealousy, or malice.  As always, prior to each exercise, the time should be taken to insure no distractions occur. This means shutting off all phones, pagers, alarms, etc. during the exercise. Also, it is highly recommended that students keep a private journal of all information gained through the exercises. This will be invaluable for the student to come back to later on.


This is a spell to help you repel a psychic attack should someone sent one your way.
