Thanks for participating in our weekly Sunday 15 minute meditation. This week we explore the beliefs and values that underpin our thoughts and emotions. All our perception is controlled by what we believe. Do we feel unworthy of love, respect, community? Do we feel at war with the world? Then all our perception will line up to prove these beliefs true. Know thyself! Do we want this for ourselves and others? Is this how we can offer our highest and best to ourselves and others?
