- Kathleen Jensen died by drowning on September 6, 1952; three days earlier, choir register noted she was "Present but did not sing. Sat in back. Left before closing prayer."
- Harold Voss's account books show Kathleen Jensen's handwriting stops in the last week of August 1952, is replaced by Voss's entries, then returns on September 4-5 with every figure shifted one column to the right.
