Christianity is not about keeping rules. It is about being children of God - Members of His loving family

Through Christ, we become children of God. We now have a family relationship with God as our Father. Unlike some earthly fathers, we don't have to earn God's love. He freely gives it to us, so we can grow and thrive in His loving family.

Jesus's crucifixion is central to what Christianity is. Through Jesus's crucifixion, we have forgiveness. But we have so much more. We also have new life and a new nature in Him.

Christianity is not keeping a set of rules. It is something that Jesus does for us, to us, and in us. He has fundamentally changed who we are.
