There are days when we question whether what we are doing matters. Days when we feel invisible, unseen by the people around us and sometimes even by ourselves.
In this episode we sit with the story of Hagar; A woman who was used, rejected, and sent into the wilderness alone. A woman who had every reason to believe she had been forgotten. And yet in the middle of that wilderness, God found her and looked her in the eye.
After that encounter she gave God a name: El Roi. The God who sees me.
Not the God who sees people in general. The God who sees me.
If you have been feeling overlooked, invisible, or quietly forgotten, this episode is a reminder that you have never once been outside of God's sight.
