    About Mercia C. Kelly: Mercia C. Kelly is an educator, academic strategist, and CEO of Alphastar Academic Enrichment, where she designs and leads programs that support students in building strong literacy and math foundations and achieving college readiness.

    Mercia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Organization Management with a concentration in Human Resources and a Master’s degree in Teaching and Learning with Technology. She is also a doctoral candidate in Educational Leadership.

    Recognized by the Florida Department of Education as a High Impact Teacher, Mercia’s work has consistently resulted in strong student achievement outcomes. She has also been named a Highly Effective Teacher by the Palm Beach County School District for five consecutive years.

    Mercia is known for developing effective ACT and SAT reading strategies, helping more than 80% of her students successfully pass college entrance exams. Her work reflects a deep commitment to purpose-driven education, equity, and creating pathways for students to reach their full potential.
