James and Robert break down how brands are making basic products, while K-beauty brands completely nail it by featuring men in displays alongside women's products without any awkward gender gatekeeping. In Korea, brands treat makeup as interchangeable across all genders – no "for men" nonsense needed. The twins discuss how Gen Z is normalizing men wearing makeup (think: Dominic Fike at the Met Gala), yet Western brands still treat men's skincare like a joke – either downplaying ingredients or going hypermasculine with grenade-shaped lip balms instead of just making good products.
