Malika McKinley Cox empowers organizations to cultivate human flourishing and inclusion in the workforce Boston, Massachusetts - Malika McKinley Cox, a project manager, group facilitator, and community transformation practitioner, has been working with organizations to build transformational leadership, inclusion, and belonging in the workforce, and conflict resolution skills. She is also the author of the Flourish OKC Restorative Justice Learning Curriculum.

Malika is a part-time research assistant at The Fares Center for Eastern Mediterranean Studies in Medford, Massachusetts. She will graduate with a Master of Arts in Law and Diplomacy at Fletcher School of Global Affairs at Tufts University in 2023 with a focus on Global Governance, International Organizations, and International Legal Studies.

With a Master of Philosophy in Conflict Resolution and Reconciliation from Trinity College Dublin, Irish School of Ecumenics, Malika has also completed a Master of Arts in Practical Theology from Regent University.

Malika jointly won the James Haire Dissertation Award for her peacebuilding research on Palestinian and Israeli dialogue in cyberspace, #PEACETECH.

Malika McKinley Cox is a project manager, group facilitator, and community transformation practitioner who organizes and trains groups on transformational leadership, inclusion and belonging in the workforce, conflict resolution skills, and cultivating human flourishing in organizations. She is the author of the Flourish OKC Restorative Justice Learning Curriculum.
