Hello Beautiful Soul! Some time ago I began recording my thoughts. During this time I was going through the process of Deconditioning myself from the things that no longer serve me as a soul this time around. You have stumbled upon (or continued upon) Year Two of my Deconditioning and Ascension. At the time I didn’t know or label this process as such, but wow how powerful listening back now that I have the wisdom.

Our society is seemingly designed to suppress confident people, this is the way it is. YOUR power is to truly embody and step into your power despite what conditions you are met with. Capitalism THRIVES on us hating ourselves, on being down on ourselves, on NEEDING things outside of ourselves to be happy and content. No more relying on these outside sources. Your love and foundation of LIGHT is ALL within, BEautiful Soul.

DARE to BE the one happy person, the one Light among the hundred unhappy souls. BE the example.

Conditioned FEAR may be the major aspect within you that is holding you back from your Higher Self.

HOW can one notice inset and conditioned fears within that are creating who they are existing as everyday? Try these techniques I have discovered inherently within me over the years. Luckily (divinely) and thankfully I have the space and wisdom to be able to separate self from my experiences as a human. To not be compelled by the human instinct of comparing myself to others. A major key in ascension is transcending the urge to compare your journey with others.

I don’t wear “woman”, “black woman”, “non Trump supporter” on my shoulders as I exist in life. Because of this my experience as a human being is untainted by the self judgments and blockages that come up when over identifying with such labels. Try detaching from labels with this episode when you can.

We are ONE after all! Master your mindset here with this Deconditioning insight.
