I'll connect the dots between this growing loss of wisdom and many of the problems we're witnessing today—from young people searching for meaning through chaos, to an education system that too often produces debt instead of direction, credentials instead of character, and activism without the wisdom needed to create lasting change.

We'll also talk about something I believe is desperately needed today: the ability to slow down, think critically, question our own assumptions, and rediscover the timeless value of mindfulness. Because real change doesn't begin by changing everyone else—it begins by mastering ourselves.
