Dr Hima Bindu is an Indian Classical Dancer who specializes in Kuchipudi. She holds a doctorate in dance from the University of Hyderabad. A graded artist from Doordarshan, she has also published three research papers on the topic of dance forms depicted in temples of various eras. She has performed at various national and international dance festivals and also conducted presentations and workshops on the topic. She was also a part of Rotary International's GSE team that visited Florida and Tennessee in USA in 2018. She started an association named “Muvva – Nritya Raaga Nigamam” for promotion of Indian Classical dance and music. This performance here was performed by members of this association.
