    Michael Brown, a native of Washington DC, starred in basketball and track at Archbishop Carroll Sr. High School. He then went on to Mount Saint Mary’s University on a basketball scholarship. After college he went on to play in various semi-pro leagues and basketball tournaments all over the country. In 2013, he became a Certified Personal Trainer and worked at Fitness Motivators for nearly two years. During that time he created Hoops & Health Inc, which specialized in basketball training, as well as personal training. Turning his focus more towards personal training, he decided to rebrand his business in December 2017, and Legacy Personal Training was birthed.
