September has a funny way of making us want to get our entire lives together in approximately 24 hours.
The kids are heading back. Fall routines are starting. The house needs attention. Work is picking up. There are appointments to book, things to organize, closets to clear, meals to figure out, plans to make and suddenly we’ve created a list so bloody long we don’t want to do any of it.
But today isn’t really asking for that.
With the Moon in Taurus and void for most of the day, alongside Mercury in Virgo working beautifully with Mars, this feels much more like a behind-the-scenes day.
Look at what’s ahead. Get the details out of your head. Make the list. Have the conversation. Figure out what needs your attention and what actually doesn’t.
And then maybe you tackle one drawer instead of the entire house.
One counter. One email. One plan. One thing that makes your environment or your life feel a little less chaotic.
Because a plan doesn’t have to become pressure.
We’ve got a Virgo New Moon coming next week, and there’s something lovely about using this time beforehand to clear some space and figure out what you actually want to build as we move into the final quarter of 2026.
Today on The Current, we’re talking about working with the energy you actually have, getting organized without overwhelming yourself, and why sometimes the most productive thing you can do is simply get clear on what comes next.
And if you know another woman currently staring at a September to-do list wondering where the hell to begin, send this episode her way.
