Whisper theorizes that his family covered up the deaths of the pack he led before he was even born. He and Redmyer later go to a bar named "The Theater Of The Lamb" where they witness their entire family watching a movie about the history of The Pre-Whillet Wolf Pack and Mostly Knowhow The Ferret taking potshots at them over the fact that Whisper and Redmyer were even born at all. Both of their families literally die of laughter after 30 painful minutes vibrating uncontrollably in their comfortable seats. Whisper quietly sleeps with Redmyer, wakes up only to find out, that he's the leader of his own pack now after finding out he had Stage 4 penile cancer. Redmyer breaks up with Whisper, not only because he had cancer, but also that his whole life was a lie. Redmyer looks for a boyfriend to be her new step-father figure for the new baby white wolf and potential leader of the 2-wolf pack, breaks up with him and Ken (her "new boyfriend") commits suicide hereafter. Whisper shortly dies of cancer within 3 weeks of the break-up. Teaching us that you can be jack of all trades (master of none), but being the leader of the pack is a fantasy. Redmyer ends up dying of child (wolf) birth.
