• 40| What If Your Nursing License Came With a Deliverance Anointing?
    2026/05/18

What if everything you thought was just nursing...

    Was actually deliverance ministry?

What if the moment you walked into a room and the atmosphere shifted wasn't bedside manner?

What if the clarity you brought to a family in crisis wasn't just good communication?

What if the boldness that rose in you when a patient wasn't supposed to make it and you prayed anyway?

Was the same Spirit that raised Lazarus from the dead?

This episode is for the nurse who has laid hands on a patient and meant it.

Who has prayed over someone who couldn't hear them...and watched God answer anyway.

Who has stood in rooms that felt spiritually heavy and felt something rise up inside her that had nothing to do with her nursing license.

    That wasn't coincidence.

That was a deliverance anointing operating through the vehicle of nursing.

And in this episode I am going to prove it from scripture, from the stories of what God does in hospital rooms, and from my own personal testimony of a patient I will never forget for the rest of my life.

In this episode, we are covering:

    • What deliverance actually is and why it's broader than most people think
    • Why the nursing profession is one of the most powerful deliverance environments on earth
    • My personal story of an ECMO patient, six months, a birthday miracle, Korean food, and a full circle moment that broke me open
    • The boldness and purpose required to carry this anointing with clarity and intention
    • What it means to start building a Kingdom business around the deliverance gift already operating in your nursing hands
    • And how the Nurse to CEO Shift Experience helps you steward what God has already activated

You didn't just get a license to practice nursing.

You got a license to move in the Spirit in places the church cannot reach.

    Next Steps:

    1. If you were blessed by today’s episode, share it with a nurse friend who really needs to hear today’s message.
    2. Leave a quick review for the show on Apple Podcasts.

My biggest blessing is knowing how you were blessed. You’re not alone, let’s link arms and walk through building business boldly with the King together!

Praying with you and for you always-

  • 39| You Were Called to Heal and Built to Build a Kingdom Business
    2026/05/11

Most nurses never question their calling to heal. Especially those who walk with Jesus.

They feel it. They've always felt it.

It's the reason they ran toward the hardest rooms. The reason they stayed late. The reason they held the hand of a stranger at 3am and called it ordinary.

Nursing was never just a career. It was always a purpose.

But somewhere along the way, a different kind of stirring began.

A pull toward something more. A restlessness that no new unit, no promotion, no certification could quiet.

And instead of recognizing it as God

    They called it selfish.

This episode is for the nurse who has been at war with herself.

Who loves to heal but senses she was built for more. Who feels the boldness rising inside her to start a business but has been waiting for permission. Who has confused ambition with assignment and in doing so, has kept the Kingdom waiting.

Here is what God is declaring over you today:

You were not called to choose between healing and building.

You were called to do both.

Because in the Kingdom… they were never separate.

Jeremiah 1:5 (ESV): "Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, and before you were born I consecrated you; I appointed you a prophet to the nations."

He knew what He was building before you took your first breath.

And He hasn't changed His mind.

In this episode, we are covering:

    • Why the desire to build is not a departure from your calling, it is the fullness of it
    • The story of Bezalel, the first person in scripture filled with the Holy Spirit, and what he was called to do
    • Why God has always used skilled builders to advance His Kingdom
    • The clarity you need to finally see healing and building as the same assignment
    • And how the Nurse to CEO Activation Experience is where nurses start a business rooted in Kingdom purpose

This is not a business episode.

    This is a calling episode.

    Next Steps:

    1. If you were blessed by today’s episode, share it with a nurse friend who really needs to hear today’s message.
    2. Leave a quick review for the show on Apple Podcasts.

  • 38| Nurses Are Carrying Revival in the Hospital… but It Can’t Stay There
    2026/05/04

There is a sound rising in the healthcare field right now.

    God is not whispering.

    He is moving.

And He is moving specifically through nurses...in ICUs, in labor and delivery rooms, in oncology units, in emergency departments — in the places where human beings are the most undone, the most afraid, and the most open.

There are nurses right now who are carrying something sacred.

Not just skill. Not just knowledge. Not just compassion.

    Presence.

The actual presence of God in environments where people are at their most vulnerable.

But here's what this episode is about:

That presence was never meant to be contained to a shift.

Acts 1:8 (ESV) says: "But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth."

It starts somewhere. But it was never supposed to stay there.

In this episode, we're talking about:

    • What it means to carry an anointing — not just a gifting — in everyday environments
    • Why what God has placed in you cannot stay confined to a bedside
    • The story of Elisha and the oil that never ran dry — and what it means for you right now
    • The difference between encountering the Spirit and being entrusted by the Spirit
    • How spiritual maturity moves you from moments to multiplication
    • And how coaching becomes a vehicle for discipleship, not just business

Because revival is not just something you experience.

    It is something you steward.

    Next Steps:

    1. If you were blessed by today’s episode, share it with a nurse friend who really needs to hear today’s message.

  • 37| The Bedside Isn’t the Ceiling: Why Nurses Should Build a Coaching Business
    2026/04/27

There comes a point where you realize…

The bedside was training. But it was never meant to be the limit.

In this episode, we’re talking about why so many nurses feel the tension of “more”- and what that actually means.

Because it’s not just about leaving the hospital. It’s about expanding your impact.

Nursing equips you with communication, discernment, leadership, and emotional intelligence at a level most people never develop.

The question is, what happens when you stop confining those skills to a 12-hour shift?

Matthew 25:23 (ESV) says: “Well done, good and faithful servant. You have been faithful over a little; I will set you over much.”

Faithfulness at the bedside was never the end. It was preparation.

In this episode, we’re talking about: Why coaching is a natural extension of what nurses already do How your everyday skills translate into impact and income What it looks like to build something beyond one patient at a time And why staying where you are, when you know there’s more...creates tension

    There’s a shift happening.

Some nurses are starting to see it clearly. Others are still trying to make sense of it.

Either way… this conversation will meet you where you are.

    Next Steps:

    1. If you were blessed by today’s episode, share it with a nurse friend who really needs to hear today’s message.
    2. Leave a quick review for the show on Apple Podcasts.

  • 36| You Already Know You’re Called to More Than Bedside-Now It’s Time to Move
    2026/04/20

At this point… you already know..

You know you’re not “just a nurse.” You know what you’ve been sensing is real. You know you’ve been equipped for more.

So now the question is no longer if…

It’s whether you’re going to move.

James 1:22 (ESV) says: “But be doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving yourselves.”

There comes a point where more information isn’t the answer. Clarity isn’t the issue. Fear isn’t even the issue.

    It’s decision.

In this episode, we’re confronting the gap between what you know… and what you’re doing.

Because staying where you are, when you know there’s more, is no longer comfortable.

If you’ve been feeling the pull, the conviction, the stirring—this is your moment to respond.

  • 35| You Already Have the Skills From Nursing; Here’s What You Can Do With Them
    2026/04/13

You’ve been trained in more than patient care… You’ve been trained in skills that can build something beyond the bedside.

In this episode, we’re taking everything we’ve uncovered in this series—and making it practical.

Because it’s one thing to realize: “I’m not just a nurse.”

But it’s another thing to ask: “Okay… so what do I actually do with this?”

We’re breaking down how your nursing skills translate into:

    • Coaching
    • Mentorship
    • Online business
    • Kingdom-centered impact

From teaching and communication… to discernment and leadership under pressure… You already have what you need to begin.

Romans 11:29 (ESV) says: “For the gifts and the calling of God are irrevocable.”

That means what God placed in you… didn’t expire at the bedside.

In this episode, I’m walking you through real examples of how nurses are already equipped to:

    • Guide others through transformation
    • Teach and simplify complex concepts
    • Lead people through healing and growth
    • Build businesses rooted in purpose

And if you’ve been wondering what your “next” could look like—this episode will help you start seeing it clearly.

✨ And this is exactly what I’m going deeper on, in the

  • 33| More Than Clinical: The Spiritual Role Kingdom Nurses Play at the Bedside
    2026/04/06

Have you ever walked into a patient’s room and felt something… off? Not clinically. Spiritually.

In this episode, we’re going deeper than we ever have before.

This is not surface-level nursing. This is not just vitals, labs, and interventions.

We’re talking about the reality that many nurses experience—but few feel safe enough to say out loud.

Spiritual warfare at the bedside. Discernment in patient care. The unseen realm intersecting with the natural.

If you’ve ever: Felt a heaviness you couldn’t explain Known something was wrong before the monitor showed it Been led to pray without knowing why Or even witnessed things you couldn’t rationalize clinically

You are not crazy. And you are not alone.

In this episode, I’m sharing a personal experience from the neuro unit where the Lord allowed me to see in the spirit—and what that revealed about the assignment of the enemy against the body, the mind, and identity.

We are also grounding this in truth: Not every condition is demonic possession But there is a real kingdom of darkness And there are real spiritual influences that impact the body

Luke 13:11–12 (ESV) says: “And behold, there was a woman who had had a disabling spirit for eighteen years. She was bent over and could not fully straighten herself. When Jesus saw her, he called her over and said to her, ‘Woman, you are freed from your disability.’”

Jesus didn’t separate physical and spiritual. He addressed both.

And nurse friend...you are standing in rooms where both are present.

This episode will open your eyes to the weight of your role, the authority you carry, and the invitation God is extending to you.

And if this stirs something in you, I want you in the room on April 22nd at 11:30 AM EST for the RN to CEO Shift Workshop.

Because what you’re experiencing at the bedside… is only the beginning.
