Somewhere along the way you picked up a phrase that has been costing you everything.

The hospital taught you to lead from a title. God is calling you to lead from an identity.

There is a nurse right now who has been charge, been preceptor, been the one everyone looks to when things fall apart and she is excellent at it. She has led in moments that had no protocol, poured clarity into panicked rooms not because she was fearless but because the Holy Spirit made a way, and carried her team through shifts that should not have ended the way they did. There was a moment.

You may not remember exactly when it happened. But there was a moment where you looked up in the middle of a shift and realized you did not feel anything.
