• 48| You Lead Everyone at Work: So Who Is Leading You?
    2026/07/13

You are the one everyone calls when things fall apart. The one who holds the room together when nobody else can. The one who leads through the impossible and makes it look like composure when on the inside you are running on the last of what you have.

You have been leading so long and so well that nobody thinks to ask if anyone is leading you.

And the honest answer, the one you have not said out loud, is no.

No mentor speaking into your next season with clarity and purpose. No coach helping you build something of your own with boldness and strategy. No one pouring back into the woman who has been pouring out for everyone else. You have been navigating your calling, your business dreams, your spiritual assignment, and your exhaustion completely alone. And you have been calling it strength when some of it has just been survival.

This episode is for the nurse who leads with excellence and lives without support. We are going into the story of Moses and the battle of Amalek in Exodus 17, the moment the greatest leader in Israel needed someone to hold his arms up because sustained leadership requires more than the leader can carry alone. We are talking about what it actually costs to lead without being led, why the most dangerous place for a called woman is isolation, and what it looks like to finally step into a structure that pours back into the leader so the leader can keep going further.

The Called to Coach Intensive and the Nurse to CEO Shift Experience are built for the nurse who is ready to stop leading alone. Spots are limited. If this is your moment, do not sit on it.

You have been holding everyone else up. It is time someone held your arms up too.

    Next Steps:

    1. If you were blessed by today’s episode, share it with a nurse friend who really needs to hear today’s message.
    2. Leave a quick review for the show on Apple Podcasts or Spotify.

My biggest blessing is knowing how you were blessed. You’re not alone, let’s link arms and walk through building business boldly with the King together!

  • 47| You Are Not "Just a Nurse" — And It's Time You Stopped Saying That
    2026/07/06

Somewhere along the way you picked up a phrase that has been costing you everything.

It sounds like humility. It sounds like staying in your lane. It sounds like not thinking too highly of yourself. But it is none of those things. It is an agreement with a lie that was planted in you; sometimes by a system, sometimes by a culture, sometimes by a specific person in a specific moment who looked at everything you carried and told you it did not count.

    And you believed them.

This episode is for the nurse who introduces herself by shrinking. Who adds the word "just" before her title like an apology. Who has been pouring out clinical mastery, crisis leadership, spiritual discernment, and Kingdom purpose into rooms that were never designed to honor what she brought and walked away wondering if she was actually as capable as she thought.

You were not overlooked because you lacked something. You were overlooked because the room was too small for what God placed inside you.

We are going into the story of David and Eliab. The moment David arrived at the battlefield ready to face Goliath and his own brother dismissed him publicly, questioned his motives, and told him to go back to his sheep. And what David said in response is one of the most clarifying statements of identity in all of scripture. We are also going into a real story of me being told by a provider that nursing knowledge did not count...after pouring out to help build something from the ground up and what God did with that dismissal.

This episode covers the difference between humility and self-erasure, why the word "just" is a spiritual problem before it is a confidence problem, and what it looks like to build a Kingdom business with the boldness and clarity of a woman who finally stopped arguing with how God sees her. The Called to Coach Intensive™ and the Nurse to CEO Shift Experience™ are where that identity shift becomes a business. Spots are limited and the nurse who is ready does not wait.

You are not just a nurse. You never were. And it is time you stopped saying so.

  • 46| When the Strong Woman Breaks-Trauma, Identity, and What God is Actually Building in You With Lori Owens
    2026/06/29

Nurse friend, this episode is going to meet you exactly where you are.

I sit down with Lori Owens, host of Practical Solutions for PTSD and a former U.S. Army civilian with 16 years of service including a high-stress deployment to Kuwait.

Lori did not just study trauma. She lived it.

After walking through her own battles with PTSD, anxiety, and depression, she turned her healing into a mission: equipping people with faith-based, practical tools to navigate emotional pain, rediscover purpose, and step out of darkness one step at a time. We talk about why high-capacity women and caregivers miss the signs their nervous system is in survival mode, why powering through trauma does not work, and what healing actually looks like when you stop trying to get back to who you were. Lori shares her framework and the practical steps her clients use to operate from wholeness so they can show up fully at home, at work, and in their calling.

If you are performing excellence on the outside while hemorrhaging on the inside, this episode is for you. God is not trying to restore the old you. He is building something new.

  • 45| You Have a Seven Figure Gift Sitting in Your Scrubs
    2026/06/22

You have been paid by the hour your entire career. And without realizing it that hourly rate became the ceiling you placed on the value of everything you know.

There is a nurse right now who has spent years mastering one of the most complex, high-stakes skill sets on the planet. She can assess a patient in sixty seconds and know something is wrong before the monitor confirms it. She can explain a terminal diagnosis to a family with clarity and compassion in the same breath. She can lead a team through a crisis with no protocol, no backup, and no margin for error. She has navigated death, grief, trauma, healing, hope, and the full weight of human experience before most people finish their morning coffee.

And when someone asks what she would coach on she says she does not know enough to charge for anything.

This episode is about the seven figure gift that has been sitting in your scrubs the entire time. The boldness it takes to finally see it. The clarity that comes when you stop measuring your knowledge by an hourly rate and start measuring it by the transformation it produces. We are going into the story of Joseph. A man whose gift was overlooked, imprisoned, and taken for granted by every system he moved through until the day it walked him into the most powerful room in the world and Pharaoh himself said there is no one like this man.

We are also going into what it actually means to price from purpose and not from precedent, why nurses are among the most underpriced experts in the world, and how the Called to Coach™ Intensive and the Nurse to CEO Shift Experience™ are where that gift stops sitting in your scrubs and starts building toward financial freedom and a Kingdom business that finally reflects what you actually carry.

You have never been ordinary. You have been underpriced.

  • 44| Leadership in the Kingdom Looks Different Than What the Hospital Taught You
    2026/06/15

The hospital taught you to lead from a title. God is calling you to lead from an identity.

There is a nurse right now who has been charge, been preceptor, been the one everyone looks to when things fall apart and she is excellent at it. She has led in moments that had no protocol, poured clarity into panicked rooms not because she was fearless but because the Holy Spirit made a way, and carried her team through shifts that should not have ended the way they did. But underneath all of that excellence is a quiet tension she has never fully named. The leadership she was trained to perform and the leadership God placed inside her are not the same thing.

This episode goes into one of the most overlooked leadership conversations in all of scripture.....Jethro and Moses in Exodus 18, and into a real Christmas Day pandemic shift with 28 beds, five nurses, dangerous assignments, and one charge nurse who was terrified on the inside and anointed on the outside. Both stories say the same thing.

The structure you are carrying your calling in was never designed to sustain you and it was never designed to multiply what you carry.

The Nurse to CEO Shift Activation Experience is where nurses who were built to lead stop waiting for a title to confirm it and start building the Kingdom business that gives their leadership the purpose, the financial freedom, and the room it was always meant to move in.

Spots are limited. If this is speaking to you, do not wait.

You were never just charge. You were always called.

    Next Steps:

    1. If you were blessed by today’s episode, share it with a nurse friend who really needs to hear today’s message.

  • 43| How Nurses Lose Their Fire And How to Get It Back
    2026/06/08

    There was a moment.

You may not remember exactly when it happened. But there was a moment where you looked up in the middle of a shift and realized you did not feel anything.

Not the compassion that used to come automatically. Not the fire that used to walk you through the door. Not the sense of purpose that made the hard days worth it. Just nothing. And then something worse than the numbness came. The shame.

What kind of nurse does not care anymore? What kind of called woman loses her fire? What does it say about me that the thing I gave everything to no longer moves me?

This episode is for the nurse who has been carrying that shame in silence. Who has been performing passion she no longer feels.

Who has been showing up faithfully, professionally, and completely...while something inside her has quietly gone dark. You did not lose your fire because you were weak. You lost it because you gave everything to everyone and no one ever asked what was left for you. And the shame of realizing it made it harder to find your way back.

But the fire is not gone. It has been buried under the weight of a season that took more than it was ever supposed to take.

    In this episode we are going into one of the most tender restoration stories in all of scripture;

Peter, a shoreline, a charcoal fire, breakfast, and a question that gave him back everything he thought he had forfeited.

We are also talking about the real reason nurses lose their fire and why shame makes it worse, why losing the fire is not the end of your calling but often the beginning of its next chapter, and what it looks like to build toward purpose again with boldness and clarity instead of pushing through on empty.

The Nurse to CEO™ Shift Activation Experience is where nurses who are ready to stop containing what God placed in them start building something that creates the financial freedom, the balance, and the work from home life that actually has room for the fire to burn.

You are not disqualified. You are not done. You are being restored.

    Next Steps:

    1. If you were blessed by today’s episode, share it with a nurse friend who really needs to hear today’s message.

  • 42| You've Outgrown This Season in Nursing But You Won't Admit It
    2026/06/01

There is something happening inside you that you have not said out loud yet. Not to your coworkers. Not to your family. Not even to yourself, not fully. But it is there. It shows up in the way you dread the next shift in a way you never used to. It shows up in the restlessness that no vacation, no time off, and no new unit can touch. It shows up in the quiet moments when you ask yourself...is this it? and then immediately feel guilty for asking.

Because you worked so hard to get here. Because people depend on you. Because nursing is a calling, and who are you to say you've outgrown it?

Here is who you are. You are a nurse whose purpose inside nursing has grown bigger than the container she is in. A nurse who has the boldness rising on the inside but not yet the clarity on what to do with it. A nurse who has been so faithful to one season that she has not noticed God has been trying to walk her into the next one.

This episode is not about quitting nursing. It is about telling the truth. The truth that you have been carrying something bigger than your current season can hold. The truth that the restlessness is not ingratitude; it is assignment. The truth that God called Abraham out of everything familiar before He showed him where he was going, and He is doing the same thing with you right now. In this episode we are covering the signs that you have outgrown a season and why nurses are the last to admit it, the story of Abraham leaving Ur called out of comfort and certainty into a promise he could not yet see, and why the path to financial freedom, work from home flexibility, and real business building begins with one honest admission. The Nurse to CEO™ Shift Activation Experience is the first step into the season God has been preparing you for.

You have not lost your purpose in nursing. You have completed a chapter. And God is holding the next one open, waiting for you to turn the page.

    Next Steps:

    1. If you were blessed by today’s episode, share it with a nurse friend who really needs to hear today’s message.
    2. Leave a quick review for the show on Apple Podcasts or Spotify.

  • 41| You're You’re Not Stuck in Nursing... You’re Avoiding the Risk
    2026/05/25

Let's have an honest conversation today. Not a comfortable one. An honest one. Because there is a nurse listening to this right now who has said out loud or in her head some version of this sentence: "I would love to start a business but I just cannot afford it right now." And I want to address that with love, with boldness, and with biblical clarity and zero apology.

That sentence is not a financial statement. It is a faith statement. And it is costing you more than any investment ever would. You are not stuck because of your circumstances. You are stuck because you have decided that the risk of staying exactly where you are is safer than the risk of building something new. And that decision has a price tag too. It just gets paid in time, in purpose, and in the slow erosion of a calling that was never meant to stay contained.

This episode carries the spirit of biblical business wisdom and the kind of Kingdom clarity that makes you sit straight up and tell yourself the truth. We are talking about why "I cannot afford it" is a poverty mindset dressed in practical clothing, what scripture says about risk and the person who buries what they have been given, why duct-taping a business together alone costs you more in the long run than working with someone who has already solved the problems you have not hit yet, and what real business building looks like when it is built on a Kingdom foundation with a clear blueprint instead of borrowed fragments.

We will also walk through why the Nurse to CEO™ Shift Activation Experience is not an expense but the first real business decision a nurse ready for financial freedom will make. You do not have a money problem. You have a perspective problem. And by the end of this episode that perspective is going to shift.

    Next Steps:

    1. If you were blessed by today’s episode, share it with a nurse friend who really needs to hear today’s message.
    2. Leave a quick review for the show on Apple Podcasts or Spotify.
