    In this repeat episode, I talk about the fear and anxiety that often comes with weighing ourselves. I share my top tips for shaking your negative relationship with the scale and how you can use it as a tool to effectively measure your progress.



    The scale impacts people negatively at times. However, keep in mind that it is not something that should make or break how you feel.



    No magic number increases your confidence and self-esteem.



    In fact, over time you may find that the scale goes up but you have a better body composition (leaner, more muscle).
