In the Season 2 Finale, Evan accompanies Phoebe Lottajoy to the CLAWS (Civilized Ladies Affecting World Suffering) Event where he discovers things are not so civilized at all. Phoebe tries her best to navigate the CLAWS event and ends up doing battle with Sheila Middlebrook. Meanwhile, Ken tries to write an apology-love song for Evan... all while Devvon, two Vs, films. And Felicia continues to orchestrate her master plan of destroying Jour du Reve and wrecking the hopes and dreams of Evan.

Evan is all set to meet Ken at Chez Verite. Unfortunately, Ken is running late so Evan is forced to wait alone without even getting a loaf of bread. Devvon, two Vs and George Hamilton show up and it's revealed that Devvon's dislike of Evan stems from jealousy. Meanwhile, Phoebe Lottajoy is surprised when her beau, Ralph, shows up and invites her dinner. In her uneasy state she conjures up the imaginary Black Licorice whose plan is to show Phoebe how her past relationships are affecting her current one. Lastly, Alana is signed up by her friend Carol to take part in a hot dog eating competition where she not only has to face Shelia Middlebrook, but her own deeply rooted fears.

Evan and his newly-named boyfriend Ken attend a Birthday party where they have a run in with Devvon, two Vs and the not-so-sharp George Hamilton. Felicia attempts to have a successful dinner party for Shelia Middlebrook and her "quiet" friend Alberta, but when Clarissa, who shows up to check on the kidnapped person in Felicia's basement, asks to join the dinner party, confusion, spirits, and frustration ensue. Meanwhile, Alana's friend Carol shows up and talks Alana into going out on the town. Before she knows it, she's drinking, riding an indoor rollercoaster, and having an impromptu coaching session with Phoebe Lottajoy.
