Like us, Serge left his former job and created an organization to raise hell and shed light upon controversial issues, with a focal point of taking direct action against the crimes of weather modification and stratospheric aerosol injection, also known as, chemtrails. His organization, The Clear Skies Movement, has grown to have individual chapters for each state. Leadership at TCSM inquired if It Can’t Be a Joke would be interested in creating and leading the Massachusetts chapter, and we kindly obliged. We understand that to demand true change, the people need to take matters into their own hands and hold the corrupt “leaders” of our country accountable.
