  • From Curtain Calls to Client Calls: A CeMAP Graduate’s Story
    2025/10/17

What does it really look like to swap theatre lights for client meetings? In this episode, I sit down with one of my former Masterclass students — Jack Davidson — who’s made the leap from performing arts to add mortgage advice into his plan. We talk about:

    • His experience inside the Future in Finance Masterclass
    • The exam struggles that nearly threw him off track (and how he overcame them)
    • The juggling act of balancing multiple side hustles while building a new career
    • How he’s finding clients, building trust, and growing his confidence in the industry

If you’ve ever thought about a career change, this one’s for you — honest, real, and proof that you don’t need a finance background to make it work. • CeMAP Changes 2025/26 – ANOTHER Important Update!
    2025/06/27

This quick but important update episode is a follow-up to our recent breakdown on the big upcoming CeMAP qualification changes — and yes, there are a few key clarifications you'll want to hear.

✅ CeMAP 1 becomes FSRE: A Level 4 qualification with a new structure — but you can now register under the current syllabus until 29th September 2025 (not 31st August as previously mentioned).

✅ Exam Deadline Extended: As long as you register by 29th September, you’ll have until 12th January 2026 to sit your exams using the current format — and any resits will also follow the old syllabus if booked in time.

✅ New Material Release: New course materials go live on 30th September 2025.

✅ New Exam Format Begins: From 10th November 2025, exams will follow the new structure — including case study questions and a shift in how CeMAP 1 is assessed.

✅ CeMAP 3 will have its own updated content: Still under review — but expect some separation from CeMAP 2 moving forward.

Heads up: A full official email from Walbrook Institute (formerly LIBF) is due to land in all current students' inboxes on 16th July 2025 — so keep an eye out for that.
