This week I'm catching up with my physical therapist - Dr. Alicia Ferriere. Alicia is a working mom of two with her own physical therapy practice specializing in orthopedics and pelvic health, especially in pregnancy and postpartum. Alicia has taught me so much about how the body functions during the perinatal period and she shares so much wisdom about how to best prepare and recover from childbirth. We also had our babies one week apart this year and catch up about going through pregnancy and postpartum together.
