- In 2004 Bradley’s sister, Lynda Barnes, reported allegations including inappropriate touching, stolen antidepressants, and abuse of his son to the Delaware state medical society.
- In 2005 a nurse reported Bradley had been videotaping children; police sought an arrest warrant but the state attorney general’s office found insufficient evidence for prosecution.
