True leadership is not the people per se, but it is an entrusted responsibility toward a divine mandate. Your days of labouring and trying to convince the disobedient that the next level of the vision is dependent on their obedience are over.
In this season, you will be surprised by how God will work for you. He is committed to finishing what He started with you and in you. "For if thou altogether holdest thy peace at this time, then shall there enlargement and deliverance arise to the Jews from another place; but thou and thy father's house shall be destroyed: and who knoweth whether thou art come to the kingdom for such a time as this?" (Ref. Esther 4:14 KJV)
