The episode also turns inward, revealing her raw internal monologue and her struggle to speak with God amidst anger and confusion, and ultimately how she found the words to communicate her new reality to her loved ones, and to herself.

In Episode 2, "The Consultation.", Lisseth and Enrique take the next daunting step in their journey: the first meeting with the oncologist, and the emotional whirlwind of that first appointment—the crushing fear and anxiety, the anger, the fragile hope—and the agonizing reality of not knowing what to expect.
