- One work order (a leaking pipe) listed for the ceramics utility corridor had been repaired the week before Brian Long’s first documented visit but remained open in the log.
- At Cheryl’s death scene in 2006, Dr. Sandra Vick recorded a fettling knife and a partially coiled clay figure not matched to Cheryl’s portable teaching kit or locked supply cabinet.
