概要

 In the winter of 2019, the town of Gray's Harbor, Maine, began hearing a sound from the bay. Not a foghorn, not a bell. A voice. Luna tells the story of a buoy that washed ashore after a nor'easter, its clapper replaced with something that looked like a human heart. She speaks of the night she and her uncle towed it back out, of the words it whispered through the hull, and of the man who kept watch on the pier afterward.
