One of the programs we talk bout is the Ladder Up Home Loan Grant from City National Bank. This is for CA, NJ and NY residents. We also talk about the No Tax on Home Sales Act which aims to eliminate the capital gains tax on a primary residence. This is huge for us personally because we have 3 properties that have far surpassed the current exclusion cap so we are not able to sell homes we have lived in without triggering major tax bills.
