We are here to share another side of the story of dating in your 30s. Through stories, laughter, tears and learning we want you to come along the journey with us as we navigate the chaotic world of relationships. Sometimes you just need to know that you’re not alone in the painful parts of life and that someone gets it. We’re here for that.

We are two counsellors using hope, laughter and authenticity to navigate this tricky part of life. We live busy, fulfilling lives while desiring to find the type of love that changes you. We both have plenty of experience in the ups and downs of dating & single life. We hope to share our stories of love, bravery, failure, heartbreak and hard earned wisdom.

We don’t apologise for our faith.

We don’t apologise for swearing.

We don’t apologise for being brave with our lives

And we don’t apologise for knowing what we deserve and not settling for less.

We hope that as you listen to our stories that you find a piece of your own story amongst them. Ultimately that is what it is all about right? While we are searching and connecting with the people meant to be in our lives we are also making sure we never lose ourselves along the way. So, I hope you join us on this journey as we navigate life, love, heartbreak, grief and joy. We see you out there and we’re with you.

  • Fun-Sized Episode: “Dating Again? Don’t Forget These Things…”
    2025/04/24

Starting over? Back in the dating game? Or just wanting to try something new? Whether it’s been months or years since your last “first date,” this fun-sized episode is your warm, wise reminder that you’re not alone—and you’re not doing it wrong.

We’re talking about the sneaky things we forget when we’re dating again: the pressure to be someone we're not, the way we can gaslight ourselves out of red flags, and that weird desire to “just be chill” (even when your gut says run). This one’s part pep talk, part permission slip, and fully infused with honesty, dry humor, and a whole lot of compassion.

In this bite-sized episode, we cover:
💡 Why you have the right to decide who takes up space in your life
🚩 Why it's ok if you feel like you're "falling apart"
💬 The messages from your gut that you should trust
🧠 How the brokenhearted are the bravest amongst us

    If you’re:

    • Wondering if you’re “ready”
    • Comparing your journey to everyone else’s
    • Trying not to freak out (again)
