We had the opportunity to speak to Jodi Silverman, LCSW about science and spirituality; trauma responses vs intuition; and her Soul-Woven therapy framework for soul locks. If you have wondered how to tell if something is intuition or trauma, this interview will give you exactly what you need. This episode was truly a joy to record and we think you will love Jodi as much as we do! Resources in this episode:Can Witchcraft Heal Trauma? video by Kelly-Ann MaddoxTry Charity's moon phase journaling: If you can, dedicate a journal to journaling at the full & new moon. At the new moon, set intentions. Take note of what sign that new moon is in. At the full moon, note which sign it is in and go back to the pages you journaled when the moon was new in that same sign. Look at the intentions you set and practice gratitude about how far you have progressed with those intentions. You may also find that you are grateful for intentions that did not come to pass, journal about that as well.
