- Nevado Link internally canceled flight NL-7 at 4:50 PM on December 6 and rebooked Vickers at 7:12 PM.
- The pass was found face up, uncrumpled, and dry on pipe lagging 18 feet from the access hatch in a locked crawlspace.
- Airport inventory records show the heavier gauge paper stock used was not logged as loaded into that kiosk until December 8.
- Key M-4 was signed out to subcontractor Terry Wohl at 5:22 PM on December 6 and returned at 6:05 PM, a 43-minute sign-out recorded in ballpoint.
