概要
In this episode, I talk with Breanna Morgan who grew up the daughter of a law enforcement officer, and is now married to one. She is also a mother of four kids under six, full-time stay-at-home mom, small business owner as a CPR instructor, and founder of The Blue Crew. We dive into what it’s like growing up in a LEO family, how that shaped her view of the job and family, and how she balances motherhood, business, and leading a nonprofit.
We cover:
- Her childhood as a LEO kid and how that early experience influences her now.
- Transitioning into the role of law enforcement spouse
- We share stories from growing up
- The Blue Crew: why she started it, what it does, what to expect, and what drives her mission
- The importance of mental and physical health, community support, and the lessons she wants to pass on to her children
