After the guardian article that came out and it's going pretty viral in the birth world, I just wanted to share my thoughts about something that is not being discussed as much as I think it should. Hi loves! It's been a while. I took an unexpected 4 month social media break, which has given me the space to reflect a bunch, focus on some health challenges that I've been facing, and redirect my energy to things in my life that have needed watering.
