概要

Luna recounts the summer of 2018 when she housesat for her aunt in the small town of Millbrook, Illinois. The house sat at the dead end of Ridge Road, surrounded by cornfields that whispered at night. Her aunt had left a baby monitor in the nursery, though there was no baby in the house. On the second night, Luna heard a child's voice through the static—soft, distant, calling for its mother. She followed the sound to the nursery, where the monitor's screen showed a grainy image of a rocking chair moving on its own. The voice grew clearer, but it wasn't coming from the monitor—it was coming from the closet. Luna opened the door and found an old photograph pinned to the wall: a boy in a striped shirt, dated 1974. The back was inscribed with a single sentence that made her blood run cold. She never stayed in that house again. This episode is a quiet, slow-burn ghost story about loss, memory, and the things that refuse to stay buried.
