We discuss the challenges of working with complex mental illness and why it is so important to never judge a book by its cover. Even though we have come so far with Mental health - Mental illness continues to be misunderstood and pushed to the side. We as Mental support workers strive to create awareness and help those most vulnerable in our community. And although as challenging as our work is, it is also incredibly rewarding.
