• When Rest Becomes Revelation: A Lawyer’s Pivot into becoming an Astrologer
    2025/12/09

    Send us a text

In this episode of The Audacious Black Girl Podcast, I sit down with Diana Vanessa, a former lawyer whose life took a powerful, unexpected turn into the world of astrology. Diana shares how a season of deep burnout, emotional paralysis, and feeling blocked forced her to confront a truth she had been avoiding: she no longer wanted the life she had built.

As she sought healing through therapy, rest, and medication, an astrology report found its way to her. From there, everything changed. The language resonated in a way nothing else had, helping her reconnect with herself, honor her intuition, and name what she truly wanted.

Together, we talk about the courage it takes to pivot, the sacredness of rest, the importance of regulating your nervous system before making big decisions, and what happens when your environment no longer supports your well-being. This is a conversation about alignment, truth-telling, self-rescue, and permitting yourself to choose a different life. She also gives me a powerful astrology reading that has shifted how I move!

  • From Chaos to Clarity: Radical Belief, Identity, and the Power of Audacity w/ Eternity Sledge, Transformation Strategist
    2025/11/28

    Send us a text

In this episode of The Audacious Black Girl Podcast, I’m joined by Eternity Sledge — speaker, writer, transformation strategist, and the creative force behind the GLAD Framework: Gratitude, Logistics, Audacity, and Delusion. We talk about what it really means to move from chaos to clarity, especially for ambitious Black women who are constantly balancing vision, purpose, and self-definition.

Eternity breaks down how “being delulu” isn’t about denial — it’s about radical belief in the life you’re creating, paired with the plans and faith to make it real. Together, we explore how clarity begins with identity — remembering who you are, what you value, and why you’re here.

This conversation is a beautiful reminder that slow motion is better than no motion, that imposter syndrome isn’t your truth, and that transformation begins the moment you decide to believe audaciously in what’s possible.

  • Sacred Boundaries: Protecting Your Alchemy and Purpose
    2025/11/13

    Send us a text

In this episode, I’m reflecting on the importance of creating sacred boundaries—those energetic lines that protect your peace, your purpose, and the magic that makes you, you.

Inspired by a journaling activity from the Artist's Way about building my sacred circle, I share what it revealed about who and what truly supports me, and how to lovingly release the people, spaces, and mindset that don’t. This process reminded me how essential it is to protect my alchemy—the energy, creativity, and intuition that fuel my becoming.

When we honor what’s sacred, we give our dreams room to grow. We give ourselves what we need to thrive. I hope this episode invites you to pause, reflect, and protect what’s meant for you—because everything outside of that is interference.

In this episode of Audacious Black Girl, I sit down with Dejanae Parkman, founder of Dotted, a wellness-first period care brand created for women with heavy cycles. Dejanae shares her powerful journey navigating endometriosis, PCOS, and fibroids, and how her lived experience pushed her to question the safety of mainstream period products. She truly exemplifies what it means to be an Audacious Black Girl!

Together, we unpack the silence around period health in Black girlhood, the ancestral and cultural messages we’ve carried about pain and privacy, and the ways these narratives have shaped how we care for our bodies.
