After many years of living in the higher realms of awareness, Ashley shares what it has felt like to come back down into the body and into the earth.

In this personal update episode, she reflects on the past week of releasing the new A Line Within website, the first version of the site she truly feels proud of, and the deeper shift that occurred through the process.

For the first time, she experienced what real nervous system regulation feels like in action. Not constant calm, but the natural rhythm between movement and rest. Knowing when to take action. Knowing when nothing more is required.

Ashley explores how intuition actually moves through the body when the nervous system is regulated, and how this creates a completely different way of living and creating.

She also shares reflections on a powerful meteor event seen over their home in British Columbia, the arrival of early spring, and the profound transformation she has experienced through the North Node work she is currently teaching.

The Akashic Guidance for March is here, and it may surprise you. With change moving quickly for many of us, the Akashic Records offer a different perspective for this month. The image that comes through is the swan. Beneath the surface, there is a lot of movement and adjustment, but on the surface, we are invited to move without rush, with steadiness, elegance, and clarity.

While sitting on the beach meditating and knitting, Ashley heard that this is what you need to hear today -- and so, the episode was made. In this short episode, Ashley explores the relationship between the nervous system and intuition.

When the body is in survival mode, clear consciousness is unavailable. Intuition cannot rise above urgency, pressure, or chronic activation. In a world that rewards anger, reaction, and constant engagement, choosing peace is a powerful act.

This episode is a reminder to rest, to slow down, to feel what is present without overwhelm, and to create space by saying no, asking for help, delegating, and stepping back from what keeps the system activated.

A regulated nervous system creates clarity. From that clarity, intuition becomes strong, trustworthy, and grounded.

February 1st, according to the Akashic Records, is the Energetic New Year and the energy of this month really sets the stage, tone and direction for the remainder of the year. The Akashic Guidance spoke clearly - "You must feel. Is your spine straight? You can be both compassionate and home within yourself."
