    Boredom used to be that thing you tried to avoid with a barstool and a bourbon. Now that you’re sober(ish…or working on it), boredom hits different. It’s quieter, sneakier, and honestly, kind of uncomfortable. In this week’s episode of That Sober Guy Podcast, Shane breaks down one of the biggest early sobriety traps straight from Chapter 4 of his new book Sober Guy, How Do Ihow to handle boredom without losing your mind or your momentum.

    We’ll talk about:

    Why boredom isn’t actually the enemy, and what it’s really trying to tell you
    How alcohol used to be a “shortcut to stimulation,” and why your brain needs a little re-training
