The Jordan School District’s Teaching & Learning department is proud to produce the Jordan Journey podcast. The Jordan Journey is a monthly education podcast featuring teacher stories from across the Jordan School District in Utah.
Over of the course of this episode, we discuss some of the following questions:
- While test scores give us a "what," how are we capturing the "why" and "how" through qualitative data to better reflect the Empathetic Communicator characteristic?
- How can we help students become empathetic communicators of their own data? Is there a way for them to use their personal assessment results to advocate for their own learning needs?
- How do you balance the wide range of diverse perspectives in the data that makes up Jordan School District?
