Until Tomorrow

A few weeks ago, I shared a spot called The Joy of Family where I

shared how Asina culture cares for elderly family members.

Today, as I awoke, a close friend from Nepal was online and shared

with me the loss of his mother. As the comments came into the chat

box, my heart was sad as I could feel the pain coming through his words

as he told me about her. I commented that I wish I could have met his

Mom and he responded with a recent picture of the two of them taken

less than a month ago.

Losing anyone close is hard and a beloved mother may be the hardest.

It was difficult for me as well knowing I am half a world away and quite

unable to DO anything. I did listen to his comments though and, as we

were talking, I commented to him that in a way, I did get to meet her

because her legacy lives on in him. To the Moms who have gone

before, we will see you again - tomorrow.

Guess who the Democrats are nominating for “Father of the Year?” If you guess that Ms 13 gang member, Garcia something or other, you’re right. They’re making him into a Saint and never mind that he’s never done anything for Saint hood. Especially his being a gang member. Reminds me a little bit of George Floyd. A career criminal a wife beater. The guy who died from a fentanyl overdose. Yes, that’s what the official autopsy showed - twice the lethal amount of fentanyl was found in his dead body. I’m just want wondering if there’ll be a new group “Criminals Lives Matter.” They’ll be burning down our cities this summer and getting billions of dollars in subsidies from corporations and the government. Leave it up to liberals to want the most wrong, the most destructive, and the most expensive thing every time.

What are you gonna do with this? Mr Trump has been in office 100 days, and he hasn’t yet dismantled the Deep State. The effects of the Biden regime are still being felt. So who are we blaming? Trump! I think Newton said, "An object in motion will stay in motion unless acted on by an external force." The problem is that external force in this case - Trump - requires a while to get the motion going in the right direction. For America he’s made one heck of a good start! Tariffs on unfair trading partners, deporting criminals that were brought into our country, and working to eliminate government waste, lowering energy prices, and dismantling bureaucracies that should never have come into place. Let’s give Mr Trump a chance! After all, he’s only been in office 100 days - and what a difference already.

The desire and ability of a certain group of greedy and unscrupulous people to prey on others for their own enrichment is an indisputable fact! Human nature, being what it is, makes the worst of these megalomaniacs unable to accept anything less than absolute control and domination over others. Including their peer groups and family. This war between good and evil started in the Garden of Eden, and has led to the greatest achievements in the most miseries of mankind. It’s also human nature for many well- meaning but fearful people to seek the path of least resistance. Three generations of families lived in the same small apartment. Healthcare? People walked around without teeth. A job? They had a joke: “We pretend to work, they pretend to pay us.” You see, guarantees like that are useless! Only a free market can supply them. And yet Bernie Sanders and AOC are promoting socialism for America. It’s the same old thing: “make the rich pay their fair share.” In communist and socialist countries, who are the rich? Success without Failure is a Myth
I volunteered at a children’s home for many years and some of the now adult kids still contact me. One in particular is near 30 and has been unable to find gainful employment due to learning disabilities. He is a good man and it hurts me to see him try and fail.

Today, we were talking about his latest effort which failed and I commented that I fail at things too; however, I keep going until I find a solution. His reply was he would give up because he was destined to fail and that I made it in life because I am “successful”.

Success is fleeting and is a sum product of all the achievements and failures that have come before. What I have found is that for each success, many failures may have contributed to that ONE positive event, but that alone does not define one as “Successful”. To be defined as such, one must have a string of successes, which also implies a sting of failures.

Success is really the ability to get up after a failure and try again.
