In this response to an email, I will explain the source of the erroneous doctrine that the G-dhead exists as three separate persons: a Trinity. I will explain that G-d is One, a Compound Unity who manifests himself according to the "role" He desires to execute at a particular time. The truth of this "Oneness" of G-d is identified in the Old Testament and the B'rit Chadashah (Refreshed, renewed Covenant) mistakenly called " New Testament" in Christianity, thereby eliminating any rational or justification for a belief in a Trinity that this truth is "'Old Testament teaching" and doesn't apply to the Messianic Era.

The focus of this teaching today is Numbers 24:1-22 and the prophetic significance that is closer to fulfillment than the majority of the world's population can imagine.

This week we will expound on the themes of this parashah which are ambition and authority. By reading the narrative of Korach and his selfish attempt to usurp Moshe's and Aharon's authority, we may find a bit of our own desire for recognition, power, and prestige, all expressions of the yetzer hara (evil inclination) within us. As we grow in knowledge and wisdom from above as we study, internalize, and act upon that which we have learned, we learn that we can overcome the animal nature within us and choose the narrow path to salvation by living according to the yetzer tov, the good inclination, a life that brings glory to G-d.

I will also discuss the importance of having a Torah-observant woman as a wife and the effect women can have on their husband's decisions.

This week we will delve into more of the details of the episode of the 10 spies, the concepts beyond the details such as the truth that limited forgiveness exists. The tandem cooperation between Jew and Gentile is not a "New" Testament change in G-d's plan for mankind, and we may fall from G-d's grace and must stay true to G-d's commands if we hope to win this earthly race and an eternity with our Messiah.

In this commentary, I will call to your attention, the connection between the placement of the command concerning the Menorah and the theme of this parashah which is servanthood. I will also describe the connection between the use of the Levite priests and their roles as servants of G-d, and Yahshua's role and example as the Quintessential servant to G-d with whom He is One. The status of a good and faithful servant of G-d is that to which true believers aspire to achieve when we stand in final judgement before our Messiah, Yahshua/G-d.
