In this episode Lisa and Laurea speak with Lindsay Ashcraft, an Emmy award-winning former TV news producer who now runs an animal communication business called Paws and Listen. They discuss how they each approach animal communication sessions, often starting with only basic details, and how impressions can come through as felt senses, inner knowing, images, or words. They also talk about self-doubt, the importance of trusting first impressions, and how different practitioners can receive different parts of the same situation.

Each of them share examples from sessions involving a dog afraid of an owl, a horse that indicated its preferred name, and other cases where animals seemed to communicate health concerns or ask for help. They also discuss the idea that animals communicate through energy rather than human language, and close with a few lighter stories from sessions, including one about a dog reacting to music and another involving a deceased dog described as being with other pets in a meadow.
