  • Awakening the Queen Within: My Journey with Rose
    2026/07/28

Out of all the plant allies I've worked with, Rose is the one that has transformed my life the most.

She has brought me into deeper alignment with the truth of who I am, allowing me to discover profound levels of love for myself and my life. Through her wisdom, I've learned to lead with grace, humility, confidence, and compassion.

Rose has helped me reclaim my worthiness, find deep forgiveness for myself and others, break free from ancestral patterns of scarcity within my maternal lineage, and deepen my devotion to my purpose and service. She has invited me to embrace the Queen within and live according to my own highest standards rather than the expectations of the world.

In this episode, I share the intimate story of my journey with Rose, the lessons she has taught me, and why I believe she is such a powerful ally for women who are ready to remember who they truly are and reclaim their power.

Whether you're curious about working with Rose or simply seeking a deeper relationship with yourself, I hope this conversation serves you.

  • 5 Valuable Life Lessons My Comedy Degree Taught Me
    2026/05/08

I got a degree in Comedy… and somehow it taught me more about life, healing, confidence, and success than almost anything else.

Before living in Peru and facilitating healing work, I was a comedic actress in Chicago studying improvisation, performance, and comedy full time - Not a joke!

And honestly? I wouldn’t change it for the world.

In this episode, I share the biggest life lessons I learned from comedy and improv training that still shape the way I live, create, heal, and show up today both in my personal life and for my healing service.

    We dive into lessons like:

    ✨ Yes, And…

    ✨ Go Before You’re Ready

    ✨ Be Present & Listen

✨ Finish Every Project You Start

✨ You Have to Fail to Succeed

These lessons completely changed the way I move through life, and I hope they support you too.

If you’ve ever struggled with fear, perfectionism, self-doubt, creativity, or trusting yourself & life, this episode is for you.

  • How Plant Medicine Helped Me Navigate the Illness and Death of My Stepmother
    2026/04/20

In this deeply personal episode, I share the vulnerable journey of how I was able to navigate the illness & death of my Stepmother Kirsty through the powerful healings and teachings of plant medicine.

At two very different moments in this journey, Ayahuasca and Huachuma ceremonies helped me move through grief, anger, compassion, and ultimately into a deeper respect for each person’s sovereignty in their healing and dying process.

This experience transformed the way I understand caregiving, loss, and what it truly means to walk beside someone at the threshold between life and death.

    In this episode, I share:

    • the emotional reality of caregiving within family dynamics
    • powerful teachings I received in ceremony during this time
    • how I worked with the power of my heart to transmute anger into compassion
    • lessons about respecting personal sovereignty in health and death
    • how different forms of grief can transform into love and understanding

This episode is for you if you are:

    ✨ supporting someone through illness
✨ grieving the loss of a loved one
✨ feeling overwhelmed by caregiving responsibilities
✨ curious how plant medicine can support emotional and spiritual healing
✨ learning how to hold compassion without abandoning yourself

My hope is that this story helps you feel less alone if you’re walking this path too. 🌹
